Choose the Community Hero category that applies to you, such as Military & Veterans, First Responders, Healthcare Workers, or Teachers.
04 — Upload Your
Documents
Select the appropriate document type and upload the required documentation to verify your eligibility.
Note: If you select Teachers, you’ll be taken directly to the document upload step after selecting your category.
